I really like it when I find a translation that puts things in terms i can understand. I realize this is not a litteral translation, but I understood this concept like I never had before!

I really like the Message version of this passage, I've never heard it quite like that. It makes a lot of sense. I think making a personal connection to something is great. Its what really helps us learn.
